Pastor Mike was an assistant pastor and pastor of Celebrate Recovery for seven years in Lake Havasu, AZ when God called him and his wife to sell their home and start a church in Mohave Valley, AZ. Their journey began through Celebrate Recovery, first as participants, then as leaders, to facilitators, and pastors. Mike has been with Celebrate Recovery for 18 years and Polly for 15 years. Pastor Mike has participated in mission trips to Greece and Albania, while Polly served on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2023 with ASON International. They have been married for 13 years. 

Dave and Lea are grateful believers in Jesus Christ. They came to New Life Church to hear a friend's testimony and felt the Holy Spirit as soon as they walked in. They were baptized in April 2023 and completed a 12-step program in December 2023. Both co-facilitate a 12-step program for Celebrate Recovery, to help others grow in Jesus Christ. Dave is a Deacon for New Life Church and teaches junior high students. Lea teaches primary-age students and facilitates a Christian club, called Bee-lievers for 1st-5th graders at her school. 

Justin is the Assistant Pastor of New Life Church. He received his Ordination on June 21st, 2020. He served as the Assistant to the Pastor at The Way Christian Church, served as a hospice chaplain, and has completed the Celebrate Recovery 12 step program. Justin helps co-lead the worship team, and continues his studies attending Liberty University. Kate is a published author who has a book titled: More Than Able: Prayers for Families with Special Needs Children. Kate helps New Life Church by helping in the hospitality team and wherever help is needed! Kate has her degree in Social and Behavioral Science and currently attends Liberty University to receive her Bachelors / Masters in Social Work.
